The Peer Mediation Training is proposed to be carried out by a Voluntary Team of Mediators, globally renowned for their expertise in Mediation.
This program will include a Basic Twenty Hour Training for the Students as well as an Induction & orientation program for the school staff.
The School Course coordinator would be guided for the successful Induction and Logistics Management of the Program.
Certification will be provided to Candidates after successful completion of the Program.

The Aim is to imbibe this practice at an early age and equip the students to better handle their disputes Peacefully and to put in perspective a very important aspect of developing a support system, an attitude of helping and caring for our pals and those around us.
